    Paul brings 30+ years of construction experience, spanning concrete, D&C and property development. With a hands-on, delivery-focused approach, he leads projects with confidence from inception through to completion.

    Known for his “can do” mindset, Paul drives accountability and follow-through across every stage. His ability to build strong, lasting relationships underpins ARK Industrial’s reputation for trust, consistency and delivering on promise.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

    With over a decade of Pre Construction expertise, Sam drives projects from concept to construction-ready—leading feasibility, design coordination and procurement with a clear and pragmatic approach.

    He works closely with clients, consultants and delivery teams to align design with buildability, manage risk early and unlock value across every stage. Commercially astute and outcome-focused, Sam is instrumental in securing and setting up projects for successful delivery.

    As Managing Director, Paul combines strong values-led leadership with deep industry experience to drive both performance and growth at ARK Industrial. He champions a high-performing culture, investing in people and building teams that consistently deliver.

    With over 20 years’ of business administration experience, Sylvia plays a central role in underpinning ARK Industrial’s operations. She supports the executive team while driving the systems, processes and workflows that ensure the business runs efficiently and with consistency.

    Highly organised and outcomes-focused, Sylvia connects people, information and priorities—bringing structure, clarity and control across all functions of the business.
