CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
With 28 years experience in construction, Paul has amassed a robust skillset in every area - from concrete, design & construct and property development.
Every project Paul undertakes is underpinned by his passion for the industry and his “can do” attitude. Paul’s enthusiasm towards the business has helped create strong, long-lasting relationships.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Having successfully overseen in excess of $120 million worth of commercial and industrial projects across the last six years alone, Sam brings a diverse skillset to our Project Manager and Design teams.
Sam brings a firm focus on commercial deliverables, helping ARK Industrial carve their stake in the growing industry.

GENERAL MANAGER
Paul is a developer of people who prides himself on building a strong team culture and bringing the best out of his team members.
He has copious amounts of experience in initiating, estimating and managing small to large-scale projects, from the initial brief all the way through to final handover.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Katherine is an efficient HR Manager who coordinates all internal and external HR-related matters. She works with our executive team to ensure we have the most skilled and talented professionals on all our project teams.
Kat prepares all our recruitment, policies, performance management and ensures our work health and safety processes are up to date.

PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Tony has been part of our team for years, managing our procurement, fleet and supplier network.
Tony works closely with our internal team and stakeholder network to find the most effective suppliers and processes to make our projects operate efficiently.

OFFICE MANAGER
Sylvia is a highly-trained and motivated member of our Commercial Support team, with over 18 years of administration experience. She not only provides support to our executive team, but also keeps the day-to-day operations of ARK moving.
Sylvia is our key correspondent between staff and visitors, and maintains important relationships with our clients.
